Lossie Freeman

As Chief of Staff, Lossie Freeman keeps the wheels turning smoothly—whether it’s driving strategic initiatives or juggling executive priorities. With a wide-ranging background in numerous industries, she’s made a career out of building relationships and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Before joining Cesium, Lossie was the Director of Corporate Partnerships at Zip Code Wilmington, the only non-profit coding bootcamp in Delaware, where she forged partnerships that helped place graduates in tech jobs. She’s also supported employment initiatives as Special Assistant to the Mayor of Wilmington and led global business development at Parnassus Global Agency. She began her career on Wall Street with JPMorgan, where she dabbled in everything from launching international ventures, to clerking on the floor of NYSE, to managing global credit risk projects.
Lossie holds a BA in Economics from Salem College and an MPA from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. In her down time, you can find her gardening or cooking down-home Southern comfort food. She lives in Wilmington with her son and has a soft spot for movies with subtitles and quick trips to foreign cities.
